- 1 lb wild caught pacific salmon
- 1 tbsp Coconut Oil
- blackened seasoning to taste (check ingredients)
Heat grill pan on med heat and brush lightly with coconut oil. Sprinkle both sides of salmon with blackened seasoning and place salmon skin side down on pan and cook on med heat until half of the salmon (from the bottom up) is opaque. Once this occurs, remove the skin on salmon (if it has some) and sear for another 5-8 minutes. Once the salmon has a white substance (healthy Omega fatty acids) move to the surface, remove from pan and serve. Enjoy!
