Max T3 Burst Training!

Looking for a simple, yet effective workout for the new year? Then join us for Burst training every Wednesday at 6:15pm, and every other Saturday at 10:15am!

This workout is only 15 minutes, yet burns the same amount of calories as you would if you ran for an hour! It’s free, and available for all types of people! Whether you’re a beginner, intermediate, or advanced; this workout allows everyone to have fun and get moving!
